Eliminate Second-Hand Smoke with Electronic Cigarettes

I've been a cigarette smoker for a long time. It drives my family crazy. My wife sends me outside and forces me to spray on cologne or even change my outfit altogether once I get back inside because she can't stand the smell of cigarette smoke. It saturates my clothes and basically everything I come in contact with � the couch, recliner, etc.

But even worse than the smell it leaves behind is the dangers of second-hand smoke to those around me. See, I have a couple young kids. We all know the dangers of second-hand smoke, and how especially harmful it is to the developing lungs of young children. There came a point in my life where I had to stop smoking cigarettes altogether, as the sneaking around and bending over backwards just to enjoy a cigarette just wasn't worth it anymore.

Fortunately, I was able to find an alternative that allowed me to continue to get my nicotine fix, without endangering those around me nor leaving a smelly mess behind. I've started to smoke electronic cigarettes, and have not looked back since.

Electronic cigarettes give you the look and feel of a regular cigarette, but are much safer. An electronic cigarette is operated by small atomizer/battery inside, which is activated when you inhale through the mouthpiece. The atomizer triggers a nicotine cartridge, which releases a nicotine vapor into your mouth which you inhale and exhale much like a regular cigarette. This vapor does not contain any of the carcinogens, tar, carbon monoixide, etc. that is found in a traditional cigarette and thus there is no danger of second-hand smoke to those around you. Even better, there is no foul odor. The nicotine cartridge mainly contains nicotine and water. None of the junk that you find in a regular cigarette.

You can smoke an smokeless electronic cigarette literally anywhere. My wife no longer sends me outside when I smoke � I can take a pull on the couch in front of the television if I want. And there are a whole variety of nicotine flavors � vanilla, chocolate, peach, etc. � that actually give off a pleasant smell. No more smelling like an ashtray.

If you're like me and have been shooed away to smoke cigarettes, or have had to carry a mini bottle of cologne at all times to give yourself a spritz after having a cigarette, you owe it to yourself to give electronic cigarettes a try or even green smoke electronic cigarette � you don't only owe it to yourself, you owe to those around you who could be harmed by second-hand smoke.
